Terms and Conditions

Offer Duration: The Power Up Membership promotional offer is available from 1 October 2026 for a limited period of 6 months, concluding on 31 March 2027, unless extended or replaced with a new introductory offer. P3 Recovery reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Initial 14-day offer Inclusions: The Power Up Membership includes 14 days of unlimited access to P3 Recovery’s essential recovery modalities (subject to availability). Included access: Compression Lounge, Infrared and Traditional Sauna (where available), Contrast Magnesium Pools and Ice Bath.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Red Light Bed and IV Infusions are not included in this pass. These services may be booked separately at standard member or casual rates, subject to availability at participating locations.

Terms of Use:
A. The offer is valid for 14 consecutive days from the date of first visit (activation).
B. All sessions must be booked in advance using the P3 Recovery app.
C. The offer is strictly non-transferable and cannot be paused, extended, refunded, or shared.
D. All sessions must be used within the 14-day validity period; unused days or sessions will expire.
E. Unless cancelled before the 14 day offer ends, your Power Up Membership will automatically continue into an ongoing Power Up Membership, on the terms set out below.
F. You may cancel your Power Up Membership at any time during the 14-day offer by completing our cancellation form. Cancellation takes effect immediately once the form is submitted, and your Power Up Membership will not automatically continue into an Power Up Membership; no further charges will apply.
G. P3 Recovery management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
H. By purchasing or redeeming the Power-Up Membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility: Offer valid for first-time P3 users only. Strictly limited to one Power Up Membership per person. Available at participating P3 Recovery locations only. Power Up Memberships must be activated within 4 weeks of purchase. Any Power Up Membership not activated within that time will become invalid and void.

Offer Overview: Your Power Up Membership 14 day offer automatically continues into the Power Up Membership once your 14 days end, with your first 2 weeks of membership free. No sign-up or separate action is required to activate this offer.

This offer supports continued recovery, encourages routine, and applies exclusively to new Power Up Membership sign-ups.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. This offer is only available to first-time P3 Recovery members and is limited to one redemption per person.
2. Your Power Up Membership automatically continues into an Power Up Membership at the end of your 14-day trial, unless cancelled beforehand.
3. You must have purchased and activated a valid Power Up Membership at your chosen P3 Recovery centre.
4. The offer cannot be deferred, transferred, or combined with other membership promotions.

How It Works:

• Your Membership trial begins from your first visit; no sign-up is required to activate this offer.
• You can cancel at any time during the 14-day trial by completing our cancellation form; cancellation is immediate and your trial will not roll on to an Essential Power Up 2 Weeks Free Membership.
• Your Power Up Membership will begin automatically once your 14-day trial ends.
• The first 2 weeks of your Power Up Membership will be free, and standard weekly billing will commence in the 3rd week of your membership.
• The 2-month minimum term begins after the two week free period ends.

Key Terms of Use:

A. Membership Term

• A minimum 2-month commitment applies following the 2-week free period and our membership terms cancellations require 14 days’ written notice, submitted after the minimum term.

B. Activation & Direct Debit

• No payments will be debited during the 2-week free period.
• Regular billing begins automatically once the free period ends, unless written cancellation is received beforehand.

C. Suspension Policy

• The 2-week free period cannot be paused or suspended.
• Suspensions are only available once the paid portion of the membership begins, in line with standard policies.

D. Cancellation During Free Period
Once cancelled, the Power Up Membership offer cannot be redeemed again.

E. Membership Conditions During Free Period

• From the commencement of the 2-week free period, all Essential Membership Terms & Conditions apply, including policies related to conduct, booking access, cancellations, and facility use, regardless of whether payment has commenced.

F. General Conditions

This offer may be updated or withdrawn at any time. By redeeming this offer, you agree to the terms outlined in this document and those of the Essential Membership Agreement.
