Some of our most frequently asked questions

What is a hyperbaric chamber?

A hyperbaric chamber is a pressurised chamber designed to deliver 100% oxygen to the body. The increased pressure in the chamber allows the body to absorb more oxygen, which can then be carried to tissues and organs. Many people use it as quiet recovery time after training or a big week.

Our hyperbaric chamber is a comfortable, pressurised space where you breathe oxygen-rich air, with sessions run by our trained team. Hyperbaric isn’t suitable for everyone, so if you have a lung condition, ear or sinus problems, are pregnant or have any other health concerns, check with your doctor before booking.

How does a hyperbaric chamber work?

A hyperbaric chamber is pressurised above normal air pressure, and you breathe oxygen-rich air while you relax inside. Many members use it as calm, quiet recovery time.

During your session you lie back comfortably in the chamber and breathe oxygen-rich air. You can read, listen to something or simply rest. Our team checks in with you throughout.

Sessions are easy to book through the P3 app, and how often you come is up to you. If you have any health concerns, speak to your doctor before booking.
